Flexible feeding systems provide reliable part supply, singulation, and orientation for a wide variety of components. They are particularly suitable for applications with frequently changing products or complex part geometries, offering an efficient solution for modern assembly and production processes.

The systems are available in two vibratory bowl sizes and can be quickly adapted to different components thanks to the tool-free exchange of the bowl bottom. Variable vibration intensity, an electric drive, and optional features such as quick emptying and contamination discharge ensure reliable and process-safe operation.

Thanks to their modular design, the systems can be individually expanded and adapted to specific application requirements. The feeding rate is at least 10 parts per minute, depending on the size, material, and characteristics of the components.
